Number 4 is the first place any dirt in the oil will end up.
It bypasses the filter into those journals first
From people doing oil cooler without keeping clean and dirt getting in the block
How many miles/hours on this engine? I have 13k hrs / 645k miles on my 871. Hoping she lasts a while 🙏🏻
Someone replaced the oil cooler and didn't know how to keep debris out of the oil rifle. #4 & 7 usually get the most carnage.
